Job Duties:

Managing and maintaining incoming job opportunities in our applicant tracking system

Distributing jobs to internal recruiters and external job boards

Booking, confirming, and cancelling travel arrangements

Credentialing new candidates by verifying references and managing credentialing documents through our onboarding system

Contract management
-
Managing timesheet submissions through our system

Tracking candidate assignments
-
Other general office duties as assigned
